Stefanie has remained positive despite major setbacks with her health. After losing her vision three years ago and undergoing several surgeries, she had to move in with others and learn to navigate daily life in total darkness, all while being there for her children and grandchildren. Today, she has regained much of her vision and is now living in her own pla
